Abstract: This report synthesises findings from 15 peer-reviewed papers addressing the following research question: How does the proposed scaling law with learning rate annealing affect the alignment of code generation models across different programming languages in the LiveCodeBench dataset, as measured by. 15 claims were extracted from source literature; 1 was independently verified against retrieved documents.
