Abstract: This report synthesises findings from 11 peer-reviewed papers addressing the following research question: How do Qwen2.5-Coder and Llama-3.1-405B perform on HumanEval-V when evaluated under constrained inference budgets, measuring trade-offs between throughput and pass@1 accuracy. 16 claims were extracted from source literature; 4 were independently verified against retrieved documents.
