Contrastive Graph Anomaly Detection Generalization Across Varying Attribute Domains
Abstract
Abstract: This report synthesises findings from 8 peer-reviewed papers addressing the following research question: To what extent do contrastive graph anomaly detection methods generalize across domains with varying attribute dimensionalities compared to supervised and semi-supervised benchmarks. Graphs naturally appear in numerous application domains, ranging from social analysis, bioinformatics to computer vision. The unique capability of graphs enables capturing the structural relations among data, and thus allows to harvest more insights compared to analyzing data in. 8 claims were extracted from source literature; 8 were independently verified against retrieved documents. An automated multi-reviewer quality assessment produced a score of 7.3/10. This report is a machine-generated literature synthesis and does not constitute original research.
Research Question
To what extent do contrastive graph anomaly detection methods generalize across domains with varying attribute dimensionalities compared to supervised and semi-supervised benchmarks?
Verification Level
